AZM Oilfield’s non-welded hinged positive bow centralizers are uniquely designed with a flat-bottom U-profile of different depths, which permit an extremely high fluid passage. These centralizers may be used for both casing and tubing applications that require concentric casing strings. Welded Positive Rigid Centralizer
AZM Welded positive Rigid Centralizer is uniquely designed with a flat-bottom U-profile of different depths, which permit an extremely high fluid passage. The straight bows provide nearly 100% stand-off (concentricity) when running inside a deviated cased hole. These premium-quality bows are strongly welded to the end collars and are made of special alloy steel with uniform hardness providing optimum performance.
Cement Basket
AZM Oilfield’s Cement Baskets consists of flexible steel spring bow welded to slip-on collars. Bows are hardened and tempered for maximum strength and uniformity. It is run on casing or liners above weak or porous formations to provide protection from hydrostatic hydrostatic pressure generated by the cement column. Its overlapping metal fins provide flexibility and fluid passages passages while maintaining optimum support characteristics.
