AZM Oilfield’s Hinged Non-weld Bow Spring Centralizers are used to position the casing in the Center of the wellbore in both vertical and deviated wells. These Bow Spring Centralizers Reduce the effect of channeling by improving cement flow. This results in a highly uniform thickness between the casing and the wellbore. The centralizers are also able to minimize gas channeling by reducing the movement of the pipe before the cement sets in. Additionally, these bow centralizers provide a semi-rigid casing standoff.  A non-welded design features the self-locking of lips for holding bows to end collars. Bows of special alloy steel are hot-formed and then tempered for optimum strength, resilience, and uniformity.

AZM Oilfield’s welded bow spring centralizers are high-quality products that meet API 10D Specifications. These centralizers combine a very high restoring force with a low starting force. The centralizers feature bow springs welded to its end collars. This welded design provides excellent downhole durability. Bows made of a special alloy steel with uniform hardness provides optimum performance and excellent stand- -off. The end collars are available in a latch on design with a locking pin for maximum structural toughness. It is offered with a choice of six different bow heights configuration.

AZM Oilfield’s slip-on welded spring bow centralizers with set screws are high-quality welded products that exceed API 10D specifications. These centralizers combine a high restoring force with a low starting force. The centralizers feature bow springs strongly welded to end collars.

The end collars are provided with a string of set screws that can be tightened to the casing for a non- rotating application.

AZM Oilfield offshore is offering Single piece Centralizer to perform satisfactorily in both Open hole and Cased hole. These are highly flexible Centralizers that meet and exceed API10 D specifications in highly demanding down hole conditions. AZM Oilfield’s Single piece  Centralizer offers highest restoring force with zero starting force and zero running force. As these single piece centralizers have very limited weld area and suitable for Reciprocation and RIH, these can be used in all kind of wellbore whether it is vertical, deviated and horizontal wells, Similar to conventional centralizers, due to presence of flexible bows made of special spring steel these centralizer are able to centralizer the casing during cementing by holding the casing in position  before Cement sets in esulting in uniform cement sheath in the well bore. These are constructed with single sheet of metal  in special high strength spring Steel which undergoes Heat treatment and tempering to offer unmatched ability to come back to its original shape after undergoing rigorous stress loads conditions.

AZM Oilfield’s non-welded hinged semi-rigid dual bow bow spring centralizers is used  in casing jobs on deviated and horizontal wells. Due to dual bow design these centralizer offer high rigidity in addition to desired restoring force of convention bow centralizers, these centralizers are used where high restoring force is desired with low starting force for centralising the casing pipe in vertical and deviated wells. Non Welded self lock design holds the ends of the Bow spring with end collar  Spring bows are made with special spring steel that goes through Hardness and tempering process for optimum strength,flexibility and desired restoring Force. Bows are available in a variety of heights to suit  different Hole size/casing combinations.

Welded Semi-Rigid Bow Spring Centralizer consists of  dual bow springs welded with end collars for high restoring force in deviated wells, these dual bow centralizers offer better standoff than standard spring bow centralizers and are able to move through tight constrictions, while keeping the casing centered for effective cementing.

These are made with heat-treated special spring steel, offering rigid performance combined with high spring action resulting in desired restoring force for horizontal/deviated wells.

AZM Oilfield’s non-welded hinged bow centralizer is provided with sets of turbo fins on each bow, these specially designed lightweight fins  induce a spiral-flow pattern in the slurry, thereby increasing displacement efficiency. these centralizers improve the cleaning action of drilling fluids, distribute cement slurry into wellbore constricted areas  and minimize channeling. These centralizers prevent gas channeling by improving cement flow. This results in a highly uniform thickness between the casing and the wellbore. these centralizer provide a semi-rigid casing standoff.
